Greenpois0n RC6.1for Windows and Mac OS X Released - Incorporates Comex iBooks Fix

Greenpois0n RC6.1 has now been released and it is now available for download for both Mac OS X and Windows users. The hackers behind the Chronic Dev Team have just updated their Greenpois0n software jailbreak tool to version RC6.1 which now incorporates iBooks app fix that was developed co-iPhone hacker Comex.
Recently, iBooks Error was reported by numerous jailbroken iOS device users who complaining about the issue they experienced when try to open some of their purchased eBooks in the iBooks app. It is speculated that the Cupertino, California-based Apple is testing some anti-jailbreaking code to detect if an iOS is jailbroken or not, and this code is embedded on iBooks app. Fortunately, iPhone Dev Team’s Comex has figured it out and has solved the issue in the new updated version on GreenPois0n RC6.1.

Well, you can also configure the iBooks issue which the help of a new jailbreak app called iBooks Fix which can be downloaded for free in Cydia App Store.

For those who don’t know, just want to inform you that both PwnageTool 4.2 (Mac OS X) and Sn0wbreeze 2.2 (Windows) is now available for download and also incorporates Comex’s iBooks fix. So you can also use any of these three tools to fix iBooks issues. However if you rely on Ultrasn0w software carrier unlock, you should stay away from Greenpois0nm as it will update the baseband of your iPhone to unlockable baseband and you will lose the ability to unlock. But if just want to jailbreak I suggest using Greenpois0n because it is less confusing and fairly easy to use.

You can download Greenpois0n RC6.1 using this link. Stay tuned.
